Job Duties

  • Sound knowledge with Employment Standards Act and/or any applicable legislation issues;
  • Support full cycle of on-boarding and orientation progress;
  • Increase employee engagement by hosting company activities;
  • Maintain and update employee’s record;
  • Support full cycle of on-boarding and orientation progress;
  • Work closely with department managers to understand their people plans;
  • Interpret and enforce and Company’s policies and procedures;
  • Program development and implementation;
  • Policy interpretation and administration;
  • Provide guidance, direction, coaching and advice on matters related to all areas of Human Resources;
  • Oversee and administer the performance and probationary review process;
  • Submits information to payroll accurately and in a timely manner;


  • Completion of Undergraduate University Degree, Community College Diploma or equivalent Human Resources experience;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience;
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and detail-oriented;
  • Flexible attitude and creative personality;
  • Knowledge in Chinese is an asset;
  • Immediately available preferred;
