Simon Porte Jacquemus founded his eponymous label in 2010, at the age of 20, following his early departure from study at ESMOD in France. Named for himself as well as his mother, the brand bears a strong focus on modernizing French women's wear. Through the use of simple cuts and attention to detail, the young, self-taught French designer has already built a substantial following in the short lifespan of his brand. With several honours and awards to his name, including the special July prize awarded by the LVMH group, Simon continues to expand his line of refined modern fashion goods and share his playful yet elegant vision.
