Refund policy
You can start a return here.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free returns. Purchaser that opted out are responsible for all shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged, including shipping fees for exchanged goods returned to purchaser.
To qualify for a return, returned item must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached. Items showing sing of wear, washing, stains, or marks may not be eligible for a refund.
If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for a return, LEISURE CENTER reserves the right to refuse the refund.
- All returns must be received within 14 days (including holidays) of your delivery date (the date the parcel received by you or your local post office) based on the tracking information.
- All returns must be received in its original condition with its original tags and packaging. Dust bag and shoe box are considered as part of the product and must be returned in its original condition.
- All returns must not be used, altered or washed.
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
To allow us to identify and prioritize your return, please clearly write your order number on the outside of the package. Leisure Center reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be sent back to its original shipping address at our discretion.
Domestic Returns
Returns from Canada are free. You can start a return here.
If you want to return your order in-store, please contact us via the use of contact form, phone (Toll free: 1-833-950-0950), or WeChat (ID: leisurecenter950).
International Returns
Returns from outside of Canada must be authorized. Please click here to begin your return.
If you opt out of the Checkout+ service, you are responsible for purchasing international shipping labels at your own expense. All returned merchandise from outside of Canada must be declared as ‘Returned Merchandise’. Please ship the package using your country’s local shipping carrier (such as Canada Post, USPS, EMS) with a tracking number provided. Returns shipped by other services (including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) will incur brokerage fees and/or duties which will be deducted from the refund that you will receive.
Exchanges
Leisure Center offers conditional exchange services. However, the purchaser is responsible for all costs incurred during the exchange process, including round-trip shipping fees and any potential customs brokerage costs or duties.
If you opt into Checkout+ service, you can receive free returns and exchanges, excluding Final Sale items.
Refunds
Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to your original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation email will be sent to you. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
Package Protection
You can start a claim here.
If you opted into Checkout+, your order is covered by package protection. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, once approved, we'll replace the item at no extra cost (or issue a refund/store credit if it's out of stock). For damaged items, please include a photo of the damage when you file.
If you opted out of Checkout+: your order is not protected against carrier loss or damage, and we're unable to cover replacements for shipping-related issues.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and file any claim within 30 days of the delivery date.
