Welcome to Leisure Center is established in 2017, a contemporary multi-brand retailer, culture platform and event space located in Yaletown, Vancouver exploring the intersection of fashion, art, music, design, health & wellness.


Our Products

Leisure Center guarantees the authenticity of every product we stock. Leisure Center reserves the right to choose to preserve or modify original product packaging from the vendor at our discretion.

Sizing and Color

We take great care in providing the most accurate information and product images with high color accuracy. Product sizing can vary considerably among designers, and product color can vary due to computer screens. Leisure Center shall not be liable for inaccurate size measurements, size conversions, or color descriptions. We understand that picking the right size is not always easy, please do not hesitate to contact us if you are not sure about your size.


The currency of payment is shown in Canadian dollars. We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, AliPay (支付宝), WeChat Pay (微信支付), and other credit cards such as American Express. The checkout process is powered by Shopify, and personal information provided during checkout is transmitted using SLL encryption technology. When you place an order using a credit card, the payment information will be manually captured. If your order is cancelled, Leisure Center will void your payment immediately. Domestic (Canada)

Sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Depending on the province to which the order is being shipped, sales taxes at listed below. You will not be subject to any charges upon delivery.

International orders are not subject to any domestic sales taxes. You will be responsible for any VAT, tariff, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by the shipping destination country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in the shipping destination country prior to placing your order.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.


Order Notifications

All notification emails will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please contact us if you need to correct or update your email address.

An order confirmation email will be automatically sent to the you once you place your order. Order confirmation email provides an order summary and a link to review your order status. You can directly reply to order confirmation email to contact us.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent you once your order has been shipped. Alternatively, a pick-up notification email will be sent to you once your order is ready for pick-up.

Order Cancellation

You can request to cancel or modify your order by replying order confirmation email or contacting us via the use of contact form, phone (Toll free: 1-833-950-0950), or WeChat (ID: leisurecenter950). You can not request order cancellation once your order has been shipped.

Order Processing

All orders take up to two business days to process before shipping. This allows us to review your order, confirm availability, and prepare for shipping or pick-up.


Leisure Center ships worldwide. All orders require shipping are provided with a tracking number. Multiple orders that are placed with same shipping destination can be combined upon request and shipping fees will be adjusted accordingly. All packages require a signature at delivery. Orders require in-store pick-up will be provided with an instruction once the item(s) are ready for pick-up.

Lost Packages

Leisure Center will issue you a full refund (including the shipping fees) only if the tracking information states that the parcel was lost during delivery.

False Delivery

All packages require a signature at delivery. If the tracking information states that parcel was delivered and signed, but you have not received it, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. You understand and agree that Leisure Center shall not be liable for false delivery such as that the package was picked up and signed by the wrong person.


  • All returns must be received within 14 days (including holidays) of your delivery date (the date the parcel received by you or your local post office) based on the tracking information.
  • All returns must be received in its original condition with its original tags and packaging. Dust bag and shoe box are considered as part of the product and must be returned in its original condition.
  • All returns must not be used, altered or washed.
  • Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return.

To allow us to identify and prioritize your return, please clearly write your order number on the outside of the package. Leisure Center reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be sent back to its original shipping address at our discretion.

Domestic Returns

Returns from Canada are free. Please click here to request a prepaid return label.

International Returns

Returns from outside of Canada must be authorized. Please click here to begin your return.

You are responsible for purchasing international shipping labels at your expense. All returned merchandise from outside of Canada must be declared as ‘Returned Merchandise’. Please ship the package using your country’s local shipping carrier (such as Canada Post, USPS, EMS) with a tracking number provided. Returns shipped by other services (including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) will incur brokerage fees and/or duties which will be deducted from the refund that you will receive.


Leisure Center does not offer exchanges at this moment.


Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to your original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation email will be sent to you. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.


Limited Purchases

Leisure Center reserves the right to limit quantities per order and/or per customer for products such as special releases and limited editions.

Final Sale

Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return after shipment. Final Sale products include but not limited to intimate apparel (such as underwear and swimsuits), books and consumables (such as candles and nourishment products).
