"Diary" is an autobiographical photographic collection by Corrine Day. The book follows Day and her friends throughout their youth. Some images in the book have been described as shocking due to the illicit nature of their subjects whether it be narcotic or sexual. This photo book has been compared to Nan Goldin due to its "documentary realism".
About the Author: Corinne Day was a British fashion photographer who died of cancer in August of 2010. She began her career in 1989 after a meeting with Phil Bicker, art director for The Face magazine. Throughout the 90's Day continued to work with The Face while also picking up work at i-D magazine, Penthouse, and even Vogue.
