Launer

Launer was founded in the 1940’s by a Czechoslovakian refugee named Sam Launer. Launer, who fled the country with his wife and two sons, aimed to make high-quality leather handbags at a time of war when leather was highly restricted. Despite this, Launer was able to build himself a reputation for high-quality leather goods - a reputation so good in fact that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II carries Launer handbags to this day. Though the company underwent a period of unrest in the late twentieth century, Launer has now regained its reputation for extremely high-quality product made by hand in London, England. The high saturation hues of the leather in dynamic combinations make for an extremely versatile handbag when combined with the classical styling from the brand's heritage.
