Mastermind World / Slip Ons

The shoe is the urban equivalent of the tire. Where an automobile uses a rubber torus to protect its metal rim, the shoe is employed to protect the foot. It is the item in anyone’s possession that receives the most wear - constantly striking and rubbing against the ground, be it concrete or dirt. They become an extension of the foot, shaping to the sole (and soul), and wearing to be perfectly suited to their keeper’s stride. Before letting someone else put miles on them, consider whether or not they are worthy, after all, they didn’t work to make sure they were comfortable.
